These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WSL Portal (بوابة وصل), including our website and mobile applications (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator

2. Definitions
“Buyer” means a registered individual or business customer. “Partner” means a seller or service provider listing on the Platform. “Order” means a purchase placed through the Platform. “RFQ” means a request for quotation. “Content” means text, images, prices, and other materials on the Platform.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Business accounts may require commercial registration, VAT, and related details for invoicing. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Marketplace role
WSL Portal is a multi-sector marketplace that facilitates transactions between Buyers and Partners. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific listing, Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, stock or capacity, pricing, quality, and fulfillment. We are not the manufacturer or primary supplier of every product or service offered.
5. Orders and RFQs
An RFQ and any quote are invitations to deal until accepted and converted into an Order under the checkout process. Orders become binding when successfully placed according to the checkout confirmation. Prices, taxes (including VAT where applicable), and fees are as shown at checkout.
6. Payments
Available payment methods may include cash on pickup or delivery and card payments through licensed payment providers where enabled for a Partner or transaction. Payment status on the Platform reflects information from you, the Partner, and/or the payment provider.
7. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup options, zones, branches, and timelines are set by Partners and shown during checkout. Risk and timing of fulfillment follow the selected method and Partner practices, subject to mandatory law.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform for fraud, abuse, unlawful listings, unauthorized scraping or data mining, interference with Platform security or other users, or misuse of messaging. We may investigate and take action for suspected violations.
9. Intellectual property
WSL Portal branding, software, and Platform design are owned by us or our licensors. Partner Content remains owned by the Partner, who grants us a license to host and display it to operate the marketplace.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we provide the Platform on an “as available” basis and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from Partner fulfillment failures, except where liability cannot be excluded (including mandatory consumer protections). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under Saudi law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, legal risk, fraud, or harm to users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer dispute mechanisms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we publish updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
